POSTURE
which will ease back pain and improve circulation alleviating discomfort of swelling and water retention especially in the feet. The outstretched belly during pregnancy may cause the lower back to compensate resulting in pain and yoga during this time will help alter postural alignment in a subtle and natural way.
BREATH/ MEDITATION
will be another focus in the Yoga for pregnancy classes as a crucial element for labor and preparation for birth.
